24 Hour Cancellation Policy - You will be charged a $25
assessment if you cancel less than 24 hours from the date/time of the
lesson. You will need to click on "agree to fee" in order to reschedule
your lesson online.
Privacy Policy - We respect your
privacy. Therefore we never share or sell your personal information with
any third parties. Any information collected through this site is
intended to be used for this transaction only.
Security Policy - Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets
Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software
available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal
information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot
be read over the internet.
As the parent/guardian of the above named student, I
give my permission to participate in DRIVE SMART Driving Instruction, LLC. (DRIVE SMART) Driver Education Program.
The student and parent have read, understand, and have
received a copy of the Bill
of Rights and Code of Responsibilities for Driver Education Students(available at the State website). The parent(s) and DRIVE SMART agree that the driver education program at DRIVE SMART may take longer
than 120 days, depending upon the students’ schedules and DRIVE SMART's workload.
Any cancellation or rescheduling of behind-the-wheel
driving instruction or virtual driving classes must be done 24-hours in
advance, or a $25 fee will be assessed.
Any outstanding fees must be paid prior to the final
driving session. If student fails to have their permit available for any
driving session, the session is an automatic late cancellation resulting
in a $25 fee.
DRIVE SMART Driving Instruction, LLC will not refund any
fee, tuition or charge, or any part thereof should the school be ready,
willing, and able to fulfill its part of the contract. DRIVE SMART Driving Instruction, LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes at
its sole discretion.
The Indiana Rules & Regulations Governing
Commercial Driving Training Schools and Instructors (14j) states, “No
owner, officer, instructor, agent, or employee of any commercial driving
school shall state nor give the impression to a student that upon
completion of the course, they will guarantee the securing of a driver’s
license to operate a motor vehicle.”
